Initial Debris Removal: Hauling out heavy construction scraps, packaging, and major trade trash to the on-site dumpster.
Basic Dust Suppression: Knocking down airborne particles and heavy drywall grit to protect upcoming finish work.
Floor Prep: Complete sweep and industrial vacuuming of bare subfloors or concrete slabs to clear loose debris.
Window Sills: Initial wipe-down to clear heavy dust buildup before final trim or paint goes in.
Pricing: Ranges from $.35–$.65 per square foot.
Deposit: Requires a $250.00 deposit to secure booking.
On-Site Requirements: An on-site dumpster must be provided on the jobsite unless confirmed beforehand that my crew may use designated jobsite facilities.
Heavy Debris: Items over 50 lbs may incur an additional fee.
