What is included in each Tier?
The Rough Clean:
"Trade-Ready" Prep
The Rough Clean is the essential first step in the post-construction process. This phase isn't about the final polish; it’s about clearing the chaos of a construction site to make the space safe, functional, and ready for the finishing trades to do their best work.
We focus on heavy debris removal and dust suppression so that the home’s true "bones" can be seen and worked on without the mess.
What’s Included:
Heavy Debris & Trash Removal: We clear out the leftover materials, trash, and construction debris that accumulate during the build.
Initial Dust Suppression: We implement basic dust control measures to manage air quality and prevent heavy buildup on new surfaces.
Comprehensive Floor Prep: All floor surfaces are swept and HEPA vacuumed to remove grit, sawdust, and drywall remains.
Windowsills & Tracks: We perform an initial cleaning of windowsills to prevent construction dust from settling into the mechanisms or staining the finish.
Site Safety: Clearing the site of hazards like sawdust piles or scrap materials to ensure a safer environment for upcoming installations.
The Goal: The Rough Clean transitions the site from a "construction zone" into a "workable space". It ensures that when the next crew arrives for final installations or cabinetry, they aren't working on top of a mess.
Quick Stats for Rough Cleans:
Base Pricing: Starting at $0.35/sq. ft..
Required Utilities: Functional power and water are necessary to complete this phase effectively.
Booking: A $250.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot on the schedule.
Phase 1: Rough Clean — What is NOT Included
The Rough Clean is a heavy-debris removal service. It is designed to create a safe, walkable, and workable job site. Because the site is still under active construction, the following are strictly excluded:
1. Surface Detailing & Fine Dusting
Vertical Surfaces: We do not wipe down walls, ceilings, or structural beams to remove fine dust or drywall "ghosting."
Millwork: Since cabinets, vanities, and built-ins are often not yet installed, no cabinetry cleaning is included.
Trim & Baseboards: If any trim has been installed, it is not hand-wiped or detailed.
2. Window Glass, Mirrors & Frames (Upgrade Only)
No Glass Contact: We do not clean, scrape, or polish window glass or mirrors.
Window Tracks: Detailed wiping of window tracks and sills is excluded. Only vacuuming for Rough Clean
Protective Film: We do not remove factory protection from window frames or glass.
3. Floor Sanitization & "Socks-Only" Cleaning
No Mopping/Scrubbing: Floors are cleared of heavy debris and shop-vaced/swept only. We do not damp-mop or apply any chemical cleaners to the subfloor or finished flooring.
Grout & Adhesive Removal: We do not scrub grout haze or remove specialized adhesives from floor surfaces.
4. Fixture & Hardware Care
Sanitization: No toilets, sinks, or tubs are sanitized.
Polishing: Any installed hardware (faucets, handles) is not shined or polished.
Electrical: We do not wipe down outlets, switch plates, or temporary lighting.
5. Appliance Detailing
Protection Removal: We do not remove blue film or cardboard packaging from appliances if they happen to be on-site.
Interior Cleaning: Appliance interiors are left in their factory-delivered state.
6. Final Move-In Preparation
Disinfecting: No medical-grade or antibacterial cleaning is performed at this stage.
Touch-ups: We do not perform "fingerprint" removals or spot-checking.
The Goal: Safety & Trade Readiness
The Rough Clean is about clearing the path. We remove the wood scraps, drywall chunks, and hazardous debris so the next set of crews can install the "finishes" without working over a mess. We leave the fine dusting for when the site is actually ready for it.
The Standard Clean serves as the critical bridge between the rough construction phase and the final detailing. This is the next stage between crews, specifically performed right before the final crews come in to finish their jobs. It takes place after the flooring, plumbing, walls, and windows have all been finalized, but before the final coat of paint is applied. This service can be performed either before or after appliances are installed, but must occur before the work of the sub-contractors is fully complete.
At this stage, we shift our focus from heavy debris to the fine construction dust that settles on every vertical and horizontal surface. This allows for a clear inspection of the finishes and prepares the home for the final "White-Glove" touch.
What’s Included:
Intensive Surface Dusting: A thorough removal of construction dust from all accessible surfaces, including walls and ledges.
Cabinet Detailing (Interior & Exterior): We wipe down the inside and outside of all cabinetry to ensure they are free of sawdust and residue.
Trim & Baseboard Wipe-Down: A detailed cleaning of all baseboards, door frames, and decorative trim to remove settled particles.
Secondary Windowsill Detail: We revisit the windowsills and tracks for a deeper cleaning than the rough phase provided.
Fixture Cleaning: An initial wipe-down of sinks, countertops, and hardware to prepare them for final sanitization.
Multi-Stage Floor Care: Comprehensive HEPA vacuuming and a standard damp-mop to lift remaining dust from hard flooring.
The Goal: The Standard Clean is about "clearing the air" and the surfaces. It takes the home from a dusty shell to a space that feels nearly finished, making it much easier to identify any final punch-list items that need attention before the keys are handed over.
Service Notes:
Pricing: Please contact us for a specific quote based on the square footage and current site condition.
Requirement: Functional power, hot water, and heat (if under 50°F) are required for our team to perform this service effectively.
Secure Your Date: A $250.00 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
Standard Clean:
The "Phase Transition"
Phase 2: Standard Clean — What is NOT Included
The Standard Clean is a high-powered vacuuming bridge designed to "clear the air" and surfaces of fine construction grit. It is not a wet-detail or sanitization phase. The following are strictly excluded:
1. Surface Wiping & Detailing
No Hand-Wiping: While we perform a comprehensive HEPA vacuum of cabinets (interior/exterior), drawers, and shelving, we do not perform a damp wipe-down of these surfaces.
Trim & Baseboards: These are vacuumed to remove dust but are not hand-wiped with cleaning solutions.
Wall Scrubbing: We vacuum the "drywall ghosting" from the walls, but we do not scrub for scuffs or stains.
2. Window & Shower Glass (Strictly Upgrade-Only)
No Glass Contact: We do not touch, wipe, or clean any window glass, mirrors, or shower glass enclosures.
No Frame Polishing: Window tracks are vacuumed, but the frames and glass are left untouched. All glass is a specialized upgrade-only service.
3. Final "White-Glove" Polishing
Fixture Buffing: Sinks and hardware may be vacuumed or lightly dusted, but we do not perform hand-buffing or streak-free polishing of chrome, brass, or matte black fixtures.
Hardware Detailing: Detailed cleaning of hinges, door handles, and switch plates is excluded.
4. Protective Material Management
Adhesive Films: We do not remove the protective blue or clear plastic from stainless steel appliances, tubs, or windowsills. These stay on to protect the finishes from the final coat of paint and sub-contractors.
Floor Protection: We do not remove "Ram Board" or heavy floor coverings. We only vacuum the flooring that is currently exposed.
5. Appliance & Move-In Detailing
Appliance Interiors: We do not vacuum or clean the inside of ovens, refrigerators, or dishwashers.
Sanitization: No wet-sanitization or antibacterial wipe-down of countertops, toilets, or tubs is performed at this stage.
The Strategy
This phase is about mechanical removal. By using HEPA vacuums on every horizontal and vertical surface—including inside those new cabinets—we remove the irritants so the final trades can finish their work in a clean environment. We leave the "wet work" and the "sparkle" for the final phase to ensure the best possible result for the client.
The Final Clean is our most extensive and detailed service tier—it’s the true "White-Glove" experience. This is the only construction-based clean that includes high-detail items like light fixtures and shower glass. We perform this service once all trades have officially exited the building, ensuring that the first time the owners walk in, they experience the home in its absolute best light.
What’s Included:
Signature White-Glove Detail: A comprehensive, top-to-bottom detailing of every room in the house.
Shower Glass Restoration: Deep cleaning and polishing of all shower glass to remove construction residue or spots.
Light Fixture Detailing: Hand-cleaning and polishing of all light fixtures and ceiling fans.
Fixture Sanitization: Complete sanitization of all bathroom and kitchen fixtures, including sinks, faucets, and hardware.
Cabinetry & Trim: Final detailing of all cabinet interiors/exteriors, baseboards, and door frames.
Windowsill Perfection: Detailed cleaning of all windowsills and tracks.
Advanced Floor Care: Multi-stage HEPA vacuuming and mopping to ensure floors are flawless.
The Goal: This stage is about creating that "move-in ready masterpiece". We remove every last trace of construction dust so the home is ready to be lived in the moment we leave.
Service Notes:
Pricing: Up to $0.80/sq. ft..
Window Policy: Interior window glass and frames are not included in the base price but can be added for $10.00 per window ($15.00 for windows over 10ft).
Floor Policy: We do not provide floor buffing or waxing; however, we can recommend a third-party professional if the site requires it.
Requirement: Functional power, hot water, and heat (if under 50°F) are mandatory.
Booking: A $250.00 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
Final Clean:
The "Occupancy Prep"
Phase 3: Final White-Glove Clean — What is NOT Included
The Final Clean is a high-detail sanitization and polish designed for immediate occupancy. However, to protect our crew and your budget, the following are strictly excluded from the standard base price:
1. Window (Strictly Upgrade-Only)
No Window Glass Contact: Cleaning of window glass is a specialized service. This is not included in the base Final Clean and must be added as an upgrade.
2. Specialized Remedial Work
Heavy Overspray: While we may be able to address some paint or texture overspray, this is not a guarantee and will incur an additional fee.
Permanent Surface Damage: We do not repair or "buff out" scratches in hardwood, stone, or glass, nor do we remove permanent stains in grout that require restoration.
3. Garage & Exterior Areas
Garage Detailing: We provide a standard broom-sweep of the garage to remove dust and light debris. An in-depth garage power wash is strictly excluded.
Exterior Envelope: This service does not include exterior window washing, power washing of siding, or cleaning of decks and patios.
4. Debris Hauling (Additional Fee)
Final Phase Hauling: Unlike the Rough Clean (where debris hauling is included), any debris hauling requested during the Final Clean phase will incur an additional fee. We are not responsible for hauling away leftover construction materials (tile, wood, etc.) unless pre-arranged.
5. HVAC & Internal Systems
Internal Ductwork: We clean the exterior of vents and registers, but we do not perform internal duct cleaning or filter replacements.
The Strategy
The Final Clean is about the "White-Glove" experience. By keeping specialized tasks like glass, power washing, and remedial overspray as separate line items, we ensure you only pay for the specific level of detailing your project requires.
Deep Clean:
The "Staging & Real Estate Prep"
The Deep Clean is specifically engineered for lived-in homes preparing for market entry, staging, or high-end photography. While a Final Clean focuses on removing construction dust from a brand-new build, the Deep Clean is a restoration service aimed at removing years of lived-in residue and restoring surfaces to a "like-new" state. Because this is our most extensive and premium service, it includes comprehensive wall cleaning—requiring the highest amount of friction, labor, and "elbow grease" that we offer.
How is it different than a Final Clean?
The primary difference lies in the type of soil being removed.
Final Clean: Focuses on fine construction dust, grout haze, and adhesive residue on new materials.
Deep Clean: Focuses on organic "lived-in" buildup like soap scum, hard water spots, grease in kitchens, and dust on light switch plates and outlet covers that have been handled daily.
What’s Included:
Comprehensive Wall Cleaning: Detailed washing and wiping of walls to tackle scuffs, stains, and daily residue (the core reason this service is our most extensive package).
Kitchen & Bathroom Restoration: Deep scrubbing of all sinks, tubs, and showers to remove soap scum and residue.
Detailed Shower Glass: Specialized restoration to remove hard water spots and mineral buildup.
Appliance Detailing: Sanitization and detailing of all kitchen appliances, including the exterior, tops, and sides.
Living Area & Surface Detail: Detailed wipe-down of all baseboards, crown molding, and door frames.
Hand-Cleaned Hardware: Individual cleaning of all light switch plates and outlet covers to remove fingerprints and grime.
High-Reach Areas: High-reach cobweb removal and light wall dusting where washing isn't required.
Light Fixture & Fan Detailing: All light fixtures and ceiling fans are hand-wiped for a polished look.
Windowsills & Tracks: Multi-stage HEPA vacuuming and detailed damp-wipe of all sills and tracks.
What’s Not Included (Strict Exclusions):
To ensure our team can focus on delivering a flawless restoration clean indoors, the following items are strictly excluded from our base pricing:
Window Glass (Interior & Exterior): Like our construction cleans, window glass cleaning is an add-on service and is not included in the base pricing.
Window Coverings: Hand-wiping, washing, or detailing of window blinds, shutters, mini-blinds, and drapes is excluded.
Exterior Surfaces & Landscaping: This service is strictly for the interior of the home. It does not include cleaning porches, patios, decks, driveways, garages, or any exterior structural surfaces.
Landscaping & Yard Cleanup: We do not perform yard maintenance, leaf removal, weeding, or landscaping cleanup. (See custom add-ons below for our Exterior Trash-Sweep service).
Heavy Trash-Outs & Bulk Junk Removal: We do not haul away heavy abandoned furniture, left-behind household items, bulk mattresses, or massive piles of move-out debris.
Clutter & Cabinet Contents: Our crew will not move personal clutter to access a surface or wash a wall. Cabinet and drawer interiors are excluded unless they are completely empty prior to our arrival.
Floor Buffing or Waxing: We do not provide professional floor buffing, waxing, or deep carpet steam cleaning.
Moving Furniture: To protect our crew and your property, we do not move heavy furniture; additional labor costs apply if movement is specifically requested.
Available Custom Add-Ons:
Interior & Exterior Window Glass Cleaning: Upgrade your service to include a streak-free shine on your window pane glass, allowing maximum natural light for real estate photography and showings.
Exterior Trash-Sweep Upgrade: Want the outside of the property to match the clean interior? This add-on includes a team member walking the perimeter of the property to pick up small trash, stray debris from a recent remodel, or leftover items from a move-out, and placing them directly into the client-provided dumpster.
Service Notes & Requirements:
Base Rate: Starting at $0.75/sq. ft., subject to an on-site walkthrough. Properties with extreme soiling, heavy nicotine buildup, hoarding conditions, or biohazards are subject to immediate price adjustments or cancellation.
Pre-Existing Wear: Deep restoration cleaning can uncover pre-existing scratches, etching, or paint wear previously hidden by grime. Clear Crew is not liable for wear-and-tear revealed during the scrubbing or wall-washing process.
Requirement: Functional power and hot water are mandatory. Indoor heat is required if outdoor temperatures are 50 degrees or under.
Booking: A $250.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
