Includes: Full MEP/fixture detailing, deep multi-stall restroom sanitization, interior cabinet/millwork wiping, baseboard and door frame detail, and multi-pass industrial floor restoration.

We extract trade trash, clear heavy drywall grit, and HEPA-vacuum subfloors so your finish trades (flooring, trim, cabinets) can install materials flawlessly in a clean, safe environment.
Phase 2: The Final Turnover Clean: We return to the site after the finish trades drop their tools to execute our signature, detailed restoration cleaning for occupancy and final inspection.

Once your dates are held, our estimating team will reach out to gather your project specifics. You can either:
Upload Digital Plans: Send us your digital blueprints and scope of work (SOW) sheets.
Schedule a Site Walk: Arrange a physical walkthrough of the facility with a Clear Crew estimator if construction is nearing completion.
Step 3: Receive Your Custom Line-Item Proposal
We will generate a transparent, comprehensive line-item bid tailored to the exact square footage, layout complexity, and vertical elements of your facility. Because we bid directly off your specific project parameters, what we quote is what you pay—protecting your project budget from unexpected mid-job change orders.
Step 4: Final Invoicing & Project Handover
Upon your formal approval of our custom bid, our crew arrives fully equipped with mandatory PPE to execute your cleaning phase to showroom standards. Once the clean passes your final inspection and the project is signed off, you will receive your final invoice, with your initial $500.00 deposit already deducted from the total balance.
