Standard Spot Removal: We will do our absolute best to safely clear minor paint overspray and standard hard water/mineral buildup during our process.

Exterior Track Washing: While interior tracks are detailed in our main packages, exterior-facing tracks exposed to the elements are excluded from standard glass cleaning.
Inaccessible Glass: For the safety of our crew, windows that cannot be safely reached with standard ladders or extension poles are excluded.

Severe Damage & Overspray: While we always do our best on paint overspray and hard water/mineral deposits, some jobs are severe enough to require a separate, custom glass restoration quote. In these cases, our team will stop work on those specific areas and request an additional, more in-depth inspection to ensure the glass can be safely restored without scratching or damage.
