What’s Included:
Perimeter Walk & Collect: A crew member walks the entire immediate exterior perimeter of the property to gather scattered small trash, stray remodeling debris, packaging, and move-out litter.
On-Site Disposal: All collected exterior debris is bagged and deposited directly into the client-provided on-site dumpster.
Hardscape Sweeping: Basic sweeping of immediate walkways, porch steps, or entry pads to clear loose dirt and small debris.
What’s Not Included:
Heavy Junk/Bulk Hauling: We do not haul away large abandoned furniture, appliances, mattresses, or bulk piles of heavy construction waste.
Landscaping & Yard Maintenance: This is not a landscaping service; it does not include mowing, weeding, trimming bushes, or leaf raking.
Off-Site Disposal: Clear Crew does not provide junk removal trucks. A functional dumpster must be present on the jobsite.
