Rough Clean
“Trade ready Prep Clean”
In the world of construction and post-construction cleaning, a Rough Clean is the first of three standard phases. It usually takes place after the heavy construction—framing, electrical, and plumbing—is finished, but before the final flooring, baseboards, or delicate finishes are installed.
Think of it as "clearing the path" so the next set of subcontractors can work in a safe, professional environment.
Final Clean
“Occupancy Prep”
The Final Clean is the "white-glove" stage. This is the absolute last step before the keys are handed to the homeowner or the building inspector arrives. In your three-stage system, this is where you move from "Clean" to "Showroom Ready."

Rough Clean
The Rough Clean (Trade-Ready Prep Clean)
This is the essential first phase executed right after heavy construction—framing, electrical, and plumbing—is finished, but before final flooring, baseboards, or delicate finishes are installed. I focus on "clearing the path" so the next set of subcontractors can work in a safe, professional, and dust-free environment.
Initial Debris Removal: Hauling out heavy construction scraps, packaging, and major trade trash to the on-site dumpster.
Basic Dust Suppression: Knocking down airborne particles and heavy drywall grit to protect upcoming finish work.
Floor Prep: Complete sweep and industrial vacuuming of bare subfloors or concrete slabs to clear loose debris.
Window Sills: Initial wipe-down to clear heavy dust buildup before final trim or paint goes in.
Pricing & Service Notes:
Pricing: Ranges from $.35–$.65 per square foot.
Deposit: Requires a $250.00 deposit to secure booking.
On-Site Requirements: An on-site dumpster must be provided on the jobsite unless confirmed beforehand that my crew may use designated jobsite facilities.
Heavy Debris: Items over 50 lbs may incur an additional fee.

This is the essential mid-phase clean performed once the heavy messy trades (like drywall and texture) are done, and before the fine details like flooring, trim, or final paint are completed. I focus on knocking down the bulk of the construction chaos so your finish trades can work in a clean, dust-free environment.
Heavy Dust Knockdown: Thorough wiping and vacuuming of ceiling fans, high ledges, and exposed framing to eliminate airborne particles.
Surface Clears: Sweeping, vacuuming, and wiping down initial window tracks, sills, and rough countertops.
Debris & Floor Prep: Industrial vacuuming and scraping of subfloors to remove drywall mud drops, tape, and dust before flooring installation.
Trade Cleanup: Clearing out leftover manufacturer packing materials, protective plastics, and light trade debris.
Pricing: Ranges from $.45–$.60 per square foot.
Deposit: Requires a $250.00 deposit to secure booking.

Final/Deep Clean
Final Clean (Showroom Ready)
This is the deep, meticulous clean executed right after the trades have fully moved out and right before your final owner walkthrough or commercial handover. I focus on removing every microscopic layer of settled dust and trade residue to make the property look absolutely flawless.
Detailed Dusting: Complete vertical wipe-down of all walls, baseboards, doors, trim, and light fixtures.
Cabinet & Countertop Detail: Deep interior and exterior cleaning of all cabinetry, drawers, vanes, and countertops.
Sanitization & Polish: Showroom-level scrubbing and polishing of all sinks, showers, tubs, tile, and plumbing fixtures.
Floor Restorations: Industrial vacuuming and deep mopping of all hard surfaces and carpets to eliminate lingering construction grit.
Pricing: Ranges from $.65–$.80 per square foot. (Base Rate: $250.00)
